For Sale
My house has been on the market for about six weeks now. I had an offer the other day. I was pretty excited until I saw that they offered 46,000 off of my asking price! I know to expect low offers, but that was ridiculous! My realtor just called though and said to expect another offer tonight. I hope this one goes a little better! Anyway, I hope to have good news soon!

Thanks!! I think it may have sold. We came to a verbal agreement, now let's see if they sign today as is expected. Now we will only have BP's place to worry about!
